UNDP DRIVER JOBS NEW HIRING
United Nations Development Programme (UNDP). Under the guidance and supervision of the Operations Manager and direct supervisor, the Driver provides reliable and safe driving services to UNDP RR/ UN RC and other high-ranking UN officials and visitors, ensuring the highest standards of discretion and integrity, a sense of responsibility, excellent knowledge of protocol and security issues. The Driver also demonstrates a client-oriented approach, courtesy, tact, and ability to work with people of different national and cultural backgrounds.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Provide reliable and secure driving services using office vehicle for Country Office to programmes and operations staff, experts and consultants, and UN officials and visitors.
- Ensure cost-saving through proper use and day-to-day maintenance of the assigned office vehicle.
- Ensure availability in the assigned vehicle of all the required documents, supplies and necessary spare parts.
- Take all immediate actions required by rules, regulations, and laws in case of involvement in accidents.

About the location:Soon to be one of the region’s foremost luxury beachside destinations, The Red Sea will comprise of the idyllic natural islands and lagoons across 200 kms of coastline along the western coast of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, between the cities of Umluj and Al Wajh. The new Four Seasons Resort will be located on Shura Island, the hub of the development and home to a yacht marina, leisure and lifestyle facilities, retail offerings, 18-hole golf course and more. The Red Sea destination is being built with sustainable practices and tourism at its core, with the masterplan being informed by an impressive marine spatial planning simulation to model the environmental impact of development and operations to minimize over-tourism while providing guests with an exceptional travel and lifestyle experience. The destination will also rely on renewable energy and will only develop a small portion of the islands with expansive dedicated conservation zones.
The new Four Seasons Resort will offer approximately 149 rooms and suites, all with uninterrupted views over white sand beaches and crystal-clear waters. The property will also feature six restaurant and lounge outlets, meeting and events spaces, a marine discovery centre, Kids for All Seasons space and much more. Whether looking for rest and relaxation or sport and water activities, there will be something for everyone, including a full-service spa with a hammam, tennis courts, three outdoor pools with cabanas, and two separate beaches for families and adults perfect for soaking in the sun or diving down to explore the coral reefs.
About The Role:
As a Driver at Four Seasons Red Sea, you will be responsible for safely transporting guests, employees, and goods as required by the Resort. You will ensure a high level of professionalism, safety, and service at all times, maintaining vehicles in excellent condition and adhering to schedules and transport protocols.
Key Responsibilities:
- Safely operate Resort vehicles for guest, staff, and supply transport
- Ensure cleanliness and maintenance of assigned vehicles
- Follow all traffic laws and company driving policies
- Support logistics needs during Resort operations and events
- Assist guests and colleagues with luggage or items when necessary
- Report any accidents, vehicle issues, or incidents immediately
- Maintain daily vehicle logs and fuel records
Requirements:
- Valid Saudi driving license (light or heavy, as required)
- Previous experience as a professional driver; hospitality experience is a plus
- Good knowledge of local roads and traffic laws
- Excellent safety record and punctuality
- Basic communication skills in English; Arabic is a plus
- Well-groomed and professional appearance
- Flexible to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends
