Summary:
Responsible for assisting in aquaculture farm. Will assist with providing support in growing and feeding fish and providing support in various farm projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform general fish husbandry tasks such as counting, harvesting, and taking inventory.
- Perform general labor tasks as assigned.
- Assist with farm organization and clean-up as directed.
- Assist with building projects as assigned.
- Enter data into the company computer database as directed.
- Operate various farm equipment, including pallet jacks, forklifts, and farm boats.
- Maintain farm safety at all times; comply with company health and safety guidelines.
- Ensure proper use of all company machinery, tools, and equipment.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
What You Bring to Pacific Seafood:
- Minimum of six months related experience in the construction, manufacturing, farming, or related industry.
- Experience with the safe operation of forklifts and powered pallet jacks.
- Prior boat operator experience or license is preferred.
- A valid driver’s license is required.
Other Knowledge, Skills, or Abilities Required
- Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos.
- Ability to write simple correspondence.
Pay Range: $19.20 – $21.31 per hour

The Deckhand is responsible for ensuring guest satisfaction at the marina location by navigating vessels, assisting guests with boat operations, appropriately maintaining the dock area(s), cleaning and restocking vessels, and providing general customer service.

Job Responsibilities
? Cleans and maintains docks and public areas to ensure safety and satisfaction of guests and marina staff.
? Ensure customers understand boating safety, operation of the vessel and aid with docking and piloting of boats
? Cleans interior and exterior of vessels to ensure safety and satisfaction of guests
? Restocks, refuels, maintains, and prepares vessels for guests
? May assist customers with transporting luggage
? Greet customers and assist with inquiries or concerns while anticipating the customers? needs
? Provides excellent service and positive demeanor towards guests, customers, clients, co-workers, etc.
