- Dialing *211# subscribes the customer to the Weekly Voice Offer for a duration of 7 calendar days.
- A call setup fee of Rs. 0.15 applies to each call.
- This bundle is non-recursive; customers must dial *211# again to re-subscribe.
- All allocated minutes are provided at the time of subscription and will expire at 23:59 on the 7th day.
Shared Incentive Details:
- The shared incentive is available only for prepaid Jazz Users.
- Customers can share 30 Jazz Minutes per transaction by dialing *308#.
- There are no limits on how many times minutes can be shared with a single recipient.
- Minutes can be shared multiple times, provided the sender has at least 30 minutes remaining in their bundle and a minimum balance of Rs. 2 in their account.
- A sharing fee of PKR 2 (inclusive of tax) applies to the customer sending the minutes. Insufficient balance will result in transaction failure.
- Shared minutes will be valid until midnight (same day).
- A call setup fee of Rs. 0.15 will also apply to calls made using the shared 30 minutes.
- The recipient can check their shared minutes balance by dialing *308*2#.
